Synthesize Ralph and Piggy's leadership qualities, would this make the perfect leader? Explain.

If Ralph and Piggy's thoughts, or leadership qualities were combined, then I believe it would not make the perfect leader. Together, Ralph and Piggy's qualities would make for a great leader, but not a perfect one. They would not have Jack's aggressive attitude and authority to be able to get a point across to the other children. In the novel, Ralph and Piggy both have difficultly trying to get their point across to the other children, while Jack does not have a problem with that.'" I got the conch-" Jack turned fiercely "You shut up!' Piggy wilted"'(42). Jack has shown throughout the novel that he has the ability to be very powerful, he has the authority but he just lacks the knowledge. Piggy and Ralph on the other hand can be wise and they have great ideas but as soon as they tell the other children their orders, nothing happens, all of the children lose interest and neither Ralph nor Piggy do anything about it. In conclusion, Ralph and Piggy's synthesized leadership qualities would not make the perfect leader due to their lack of authority that Jack attains.

Lost/Lord of the flies paragraph

Hypothesize what might happen if Jack from lost, or Ralph from Lord of the Flies gained too much power.
So far in the novel Lord of the flies, one the main characters, Ralph, has come out and has been elected as a leador. Very similar in the series Lost, Jack has started to prove himself and come out as a leador by saving many lives right after the crash. If both of these leadors maintain control and power, they may become corrupt, or they could be great leadors, there are many different possibilities.  I believe that if Jack from Lost gains too much power, he will make use of it effectivly not for him but for the poeple. So far jack has showed that he is selfless and looks out for other people before himself. I feel that he will not become corrupt with power. I cannot say the same about Ralph from Lord of the Flies though. Ralph has gained control after an election from the boys but he has shown that he is pretty disrespectful to others and he is still only a boy and I feel that he will not know what to do with power if he gains any.""They used to call me 'Piggy." Ralph shrieked with laughter. He jumped up. "Piggy! Piggy!"(11). Ralph has shown that he is disrespectful to others so in return they will not respect him as a leador. If Ralph continues his ways I am predicting that a revolution might happen. If Ralph gains too much power I am predicting that he will become corrupt with power.

Introduction to me

Hello! I'm Kameron and this is my blog! I am 15 years young and a sophomore at SRVHS, this is my very first blog! I love hanging out with friends, playing sports and normal teenager stuff. My favorite book I have read is the outsiders, I thought it was a great read. My writing goal for this year is to be a very descriptive and in depth writer. One quote that I love personally love is something my old coach told me, " Insanity is doing something over and over again until you get it right, so life your life insane ".
