Synthesize Ralph and Piggy's leadership qualities, would this make the perfect leader? Explain.

If Ralph and Piggy's thoughts, or leadership qualities were combined, then I believe it would not make the perfect leader. Together, Ralph and Piggy's qualities would make for a great leader, but not a perfect one. They would not have Jack's aggressive attitude and authority to be able to get a point across to the other children. In the novel, Ralph and Piggy both have difficultly trying to get their point across to the other children, while Jack does not have a problem with that.'" I got the conch-" Jack turned fiercely "You shut up!' Piggy wilted"'(42). Jack has shown throughout the novel that he has the ability to be very powerful, he has the authority but he just lacks the knowledge. Piggy and Ralph on the other hand can be wise and they have great ideas but as soon as they tell the other children their orders, nothing happens, all of the children lose interest and neither Ralph nor Piggy do anything about it. In conclusion, Ralph and Piggy's synthesized leadership qualities would not make the perfect leader due to their lack of authority that Jack attains.
